I chose this two ideals  because I am new in the field . There is so much resources available for educators. I am ready to take the education at its helms. As I was reading through the ideals a lot of them were  very important information. I always like to work with the students that are slow learners.  As my education career begin, i hope to be an advocate and educator to some exceptional students and families. Ready to begin my journey as a childhood educator.

    I believe all of the ideals are strong and important. We do need to have a strong understanding of children's development as well as respect and treat each child as the individual that they are and where they are at in their development. I am curious as to why you chose these particular ideals.
